After purchasing a pharmacogenomics (PGx) test, you will receive an email requesting a few additional details. Once that information is submitted, your testing kit will be mailed directly to you. The kit includes an easy-to-use cheek swab, educational information about PGx testing, and a prepaid FedEx return envelope. Simply collect your saliva using the cheek swab and drop the prepaid envelope at any FedEx location. Results are typically available within 2–3 weeks. When your results are ready, we’ll schedule a virtual consultation to review them together, and you’ll also receive a PDF copy of your personalized report.
