Hello!

My name is Tamara and I am a Board Certified Geriatric Pharmacist. I have been a consultant pharmacist in nursing homes for over 10 years. I have seen older adults on way too many medications. I have also experienced wonderful medication services offered to our nursing home residents that I wanted to extend to those in our community.
